Tommy Davis, President

Tommy founded T. K. Davis Construction in 2000. Project work began in 2001 and has been steady since. Tommy has 30 years of construction experience and holds a Bachelor degree from JMU. Tommy has been a member of the City of Richmond Code Commission for fifteen (15) years, serving as the Chairman for the last four (4) years.

Leah Sickinger, CPA, Vice President and Controller

Leah joined the T.K. Davis family in March 2017. She has a Master of Accountancy from VCU, and brings more than 15 years of accounting and office managerial experience to the organization. Her time as an independent consultant allowed her to assist a variety of small and medium businesses in developing financial reporting useful for decision making, as well as policies and procedures to facilitate operating improvements and efficiency. As T.K. Davis’s Vice President and Controller, Leah manages all accounting related functions of the company, including the presentation of financial reports, and the processing of all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Leah works closely with the T.K. Davis team to ensure accuracy in reporting and efficiency in operations.

Jerome Glover, Senior Superintendent

Jerome has been a valued member of the T. K. Davis team since 2010. With extensive experience as a superintendent running large projects, Jerome continues to oversee all construction aspects of many of T. K. Davis’s top projects.

Rachel Sorensen, Senior Project Engineer

Rachel joined the T. K. Davis family in March of 2017. She has experience with the subcontracting side of the construction industry and so knows what our subcontractors need to be able to meet project deadlines and budgets.

Sarah Chassereau, Project Engineer

Sarah Joined the T. K. Davis family in April 2017 as an office manager. Her infectious enthusiasm and dedication to excellence is a welcomed asset to our team. Her prior management experience honed her exceptional customer service skills and she was quickly promoted to project engineer as she consistently demonstrates the ability to organize and manage teams and projects efficiently and effectively by multi-tasking, documenting, and utilizing all available resources to meet goals and exceed expectations. Sarah works closely with project owners, subcontractors, and superintendents to ensure projects are completed according to plan.
