T.K. Davis Construction, Inc. is committed and dedicated to serving the needs of the community. Since its inception in 2000, the Company has embarked on numerous youth development and empowerment projects.

Recently, T.K. Davis Construction, Inc. has partnered with the Richmond City Police Department in the development of, and the participation in, mentor-ship and apprenticeship programs for inner city youth.

T.K. Davis Construction, Inc. also has an ongoing partnership with the City of Richmond Public Schools Tech Center providing mentor-ships and apprenticeships to students.

In 2017, students were able to visit the site of the University of Richmond, South Court Dormitory project, and enjoy a fish fry at the end of the day.

In 2014, a visit to the new Richmond City Justice Center was arranged where students were given a guided tour of the facility.

The students were also given a guided tour of the new Martin’s Construction Site located at Charter Colony Parkway, followed by lunch.

Most recently, T K Davis took students from the Richmond Technical Center on a tour of the construction in progress at the University of Richmond construction of South Court Dormitory as well as the historical renovation at Cedar Street Baptist Church.

Westover Hills Elementary School Playground

In the past, T.K. Davis Construction, Inc. has aided in the construction and beautification of the playground area of the Westover Hills Elementary School, as well as provided support to the Chamberlayne Athletic Association.

Closer to the home location of the T K Davis Construction, Inc. office, three (3) additions to the North Richmond YMCA were completed. These projects consisted of approximately 7,292 total square feet. Additions included a new childcare center, a new teen center, a new fitness center and other renovations.
