Complete interior renovation of 10,000 square foot training gymnasium.   New lighting, new flooring (including new turf area), new ceiling tiles, installation of two windows, build out of two locker rooms and two offices, custom built accent wall made of basketball flooring

3,000 square foot tenant upfit with new MEP systems and finishes.     New framing was completed to accommodate a new floor plan which included 2 new conference rooms, a kitchenette, two bathrooms (one with a shower), one work room, and attic space.

Historic renovation to eight (8) 20,000 square foot warehouses. Four (4) buildings were turned into conditioned mini-storage space, while the other four (4) building were turned into flex office/warehouse spaces.
