Ukrop’s Super Markets, Inc. operated a chain of 27 grocery stores in Virginia, primarily in the Richmond area, where it was the market leader.

With several expansion projects that began in 1996, the Ukrop’s located in Midlothian, Virginia involved complete renovation of the exterior façade for the store and the adjoining mall.

This $2.5 Million dollar, 30,000 square foot project, also included a new store entrance, check out area, produce and meat sales areas, as well as a First Market Bank facility located within the store.

T.K. Davis Construction successfully completed this project in November 2002.
